It is set up in Shenzhen Shajing of China in 1997,located the Shenzhen Baoan International Airport and port, only an hour from Hong Kong, so the traffic is very convenient.
The fixed assets of the factory, whose area is beyond 50,000 square meters, exceed 200 million Hongkong dollars. There are more than 2,000 employees among whom the experienced project designer and quality management staff account for 110 and 100 respectively. We are specialized in manufacturing all kinds of series Universal AC motor, PMDC motor, Brushless DC motor, Induction motor, Shaded-pole motor, Stepped motor, Servo motor, Controlled motor, Flame-proof and submersible motor. The products are applied to such fields as various of household appliances, electric tools, electric toy, water pump, air pump, health care apparatus, dust catcher, automobile, safety in production, etc. There are 25 new-type production lines which can manufacture all kinds of motors over 100,000 units and products are sold well all over the world.
Besides common products, we also manufacture hot protecting device which can be used for over-hot protecting and current protecting, AC and DC motor whose horsepower should be under 1, voltage transformer, lighting equipment automobile, household power-supply device and health care product. Our hot protecting device has obtained UL and VDE approval.
DSM has strong technical force, ripe production technology, complete testing equipment, prefect quality guarantee system and cost control system. The quality policy of the company is: design attentively, manufacture meticulously, examine carefully, serve sincerely, insist with perseverance. The company was through ISO9000 quality certification system that changed into ISO9001 formally in 2002 of Britain BSI company in 1999 and internal and external examination can both accord with the system standard after passing. Some products have passed through CCC certification (China Compulsory Certification). Two series, 54 and 88, of AC motor, 60 series of shaded-pole motor and 82 series of asynchronous motor have international certifications such as UL, VDE, etc. We obtained insulating system certification in July of 2005, which strengthened the quality assurance of the products. At present our company is applying for the certification of TS16949 and RoHS system and we will channel into the two systems in an all-round way in 2007.
